Electrical Engineering Technician
Gain well-rounded practical and theoretical knowledge of many aspects of the electrical field. This program also covers all the curriculum learning outcomes for the Construction and Maintenance Electrician and Industrial Electrician trades.

You will be trained in all the esthetic services, basic, advanced and medical esthetics, including Thai stem massage, bamboo massage, hot lava shell massage, lash lifting, lash extensions at our in-house training salon, Dynamic Designs. In the last ten years, our students have won ten gold medals at the provincial skills competition. At the national skills competition they’ve won seven gold, two silver and one bronze. Students have participated in two world skills competitions in Brazil and Abu Dhabi.

General Construction - Carpentry Techniques
This program allows you to build a new structure or renovate an old one. Emphasis on carpentry skills from base footings to framing, interior and exterior finishing, and fine finishing techniques. Building and installation techniques taught through hands-on construction activities.

Can you make the cut? Be career ready through this fast-tracked diploma program completed in under one-year. Students benefit from a combination of theory and practical, hands-on experience with clients in the training salons on campus and through experiential learning field placements. You’ll gain a certificate of achievement for advanced design through the Toronto Redken Exchange.

Develop an industry-based mechanical/millwright skill set. Spend 50% of each week in a hands-on mechanical lab setting, using metal lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, Computer Numerical Control, Additive Manufacturing Technologies, power tools and welding-related machinery. Study a variety of technical subjects including lean manufacturing, AutoCad, technical math, communications and more.

Motive Power Technician / Automotive Service Technician
This program provides you with a specific range of technical training as well as a range of generic skills required for employment in this rapidly changing industry.
Acquire hands-on experience through a variety of shop classes and a Technology and Business Practices course in which you’ll work on vehicles in a simulated automotive shop setting.

Welding and Fabrication Technician
Study a wide variety of welding processes including Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding. Program content also includes blueprint reading, safety and rigging, computer aided design, layout and fitting, and more. You’ll take a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) course and operate automated welding and cutting equipment in an advanced fabricating shop.
