Automotive Service Technician - Apprenticeship
Areas of study include engines, fuel and electrical systems, power trains, steering, suspension and brakes, and applied shop practice, including safety, welding, and air-conditioning.

Carpentry Techniques 
Develop your skills in blueprint reading, residential and commercial construction, concrete forming, wood and steel framing, interior and exterior finishing, stair manufacture, surveying, fine woodworking, commercial building practices, and more. Spend one-third of each week in a carpentry lab setting. This program meets the level 1 in-school learning outcomes for the General Carpenter trade curriculum.

Electrical Engineering Technician
Gain well-rounded practical and theoretical knowledge of many aspects of the electrical field. This program also covers all the curriculum learning outcomes for the Construction and Maintenance Electrician and Industrial Electrician trades

This trade worker often works on the installation and maintenance of electrical distribution system, and is often related to new construction, and retrofits for residential, commercial, and industrial locations.

Esthetician
You will be trained in all the esthetic services, basic, advanced and medical esthetics, including Thai stem massage, bamboo massage, hot lava shell massage, lash lifting, lash extensions at our in-house training salon, Dynamic Designs. In the last ten years, our students have won ten gold medals at the provincial skills competition. At the national skills competition they’ve won seven gold, two silver and one bronze. Students have participated in two world skills competitions in Brazil and Abu Dhabi.

This program allows you to build a new structure or renovate an old one. Emphasis on carpentry skills from base footings to framing, interior and exterior finishing, and fine finishing techniques. Building and installation techniques taught through hands-on construction activities.

Can you make the cut? Be career ready through this fast-tracked diploma program completed in under one-year. Students benefit from a combination of theory and practical, hands-on experience with clients in the training salons on campus and through experiential learning field placements. You’ll gain a certificate of achievement for advanced design through the Toronto Redken Exchange

Mechanical Technician
Develop an industry-based mechanical/millwright skill set. Spend 50% of each week in a hands-on mechanical lab setting, using metal lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, Computer Numerical Control, Additive Manufacturing Technologies, power tools and welding-related machinery. Study a variety of technical subjects including lean manufacturing, AutoCad, technical math, communications and more.

Study a wide variety of welding processes including Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding. Program content also includes blueprint reading, safety and rigging, computer aided design, layout and fitting, and more. You’ll take a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) course and operate automated welding and cutting equipment in an advanced fabricating shop
